职位描述：

1.车间员工日常工艺操作的跟进与监督，能理解并解释车间工艺流程，上报错误操作并提出解决方案；

2.针对问题追溯原因，给出明确的问题说明报告，并提出解决方案；

3.审核记录、SPC等数据的可靠性；

4.跟进新产品试制，并上报出现质量问题的产品/批次；

5.对员工进行工艺流程培训；

6.对供应商工艺进行审核；

7.领导分配的其它工作内容。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，材料学及相关专业；

2.工作认真负责，有责任心和团队合作精神，沟通能力强；

3.英语良好者优先。

With an area of 20 000m2 and located in Tongshan District, Cast Metal Xuzhou (hereafter called CMX) owns good position and convenient transportation. We are a member of Safe Group, the European Leader in steel casting. Safe Group headquarter is in Geneva with three major branches: Safe-Metal, Safe-Cronite and Safe-Demo; plants and sales offices are located in France, China, America, UK, Span, Germany, Czech, Mexico, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia and India, etc.
CMX is a worldwide supplier of steel castings with advanced management system and strong ability in technology, research and development. We are engaged in production, sale and service to satisfy our customers and providing service for customers in engineering machinery industry, railway transportation equipment and industrial vehicle machinery manufactures and so on. CMX is IS09001 certified, we ensure to provide good quality control with testing equipment, such as spectroscopic analysis device, ultrasonic testing apparatus, fluorescent magnetic particle testing apparatus, lower temperature impact testing machine, universal strength testing machine, 3D control equipment, metallographic microscope and simulation etc.
