职位描述：

Delivery 提供

• Arrange and monitor month-end closing tasks to ensure smooth and sufficient closing process within group deadline;

  安排并跟踪月末结账任务，在集团规定期限内及时高效地完成结账；

• Actively cooperate together with functional managers to coordinate and ensure daily pending issues and clients requests are timely solved

  积极与其他职能经理合作，协调和确保客户公司日常未决的问题和客户需求及时解决；

• Timely coordinate and archive all vouchers and related reports of clients; monitor archiving quality during the whole process;

  及时协调装订和存档凭证及相关报告，并监督凭证存档的各环节质量；

• Effectively conduct monthly meeting and work out solutions for continuous improvement with clients;make meeting minutes to track progress;

  有效地主持召开与客户的月度会议，与客户制定持续改进的解决方案，并编制会议纪要和跟踪进展；

• Analyze client’s KPI and weak areas and find out solutions on enhancement of customer satisfaction;

• < >Strictly implement internal control systemdefined by group; Timely monitoring the implementation on internal controlof clients entities and ensuring all internal controlpoints are well compliance withgroup and SSC standards;严格执行集团内部控制体系；及时监督客户公司内控执行情况并确保所有内控点符合集团和财务中心要求；

   

• Actively participate in internal and external audits toprovide required information timely and accurately;

  积极参与内部及外部审计，及时准确地提供所需信息；

• Work together with functional managers onperformance evaluationof other team members, ensuring skills and resources are developed to meet the needs of the business;

  参与客户团队成员的业绩评估，以满足业务所需的技能和人才资源

• Support other team members from the SSC onachieving team and individual goals, ensuring that high level of customer service ismaintained;

  为达成团队和个人的目标，向其他团队成员提供支持，以保证高质量的客户服务；

• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

Typical Education Level教育背景：

Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting or Finance;

学士学位及以上，会计或财务专业；

Hold accounting certificate;

持有会计上岗证；

• Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验技能：

  5+ years finance experience with 2+ years relevant management experience in MNC;

  5年以上财务工作经验，其中2年以上跨国公司相关管理经验

  Good knowledge of accounting principles, activities and processes;

  具有良好的会计专业知识，较好的理解会计原理和实际的操作；

  Awareness of IFRS and local fiscal rules;

  对IFRS及本地财政政策有一定的了解；

  Awareness of internal control principles and processes;

  对内部控制的原理和流程有一定的了解；

  Be familiar with ERP module;

  熟悉ERP系统；

  Proficient in Office software;

  熟练使用办公软件；

  Good English skill.

      良好的英语技能。
