Main Duties:
1. Implement QMS (quality management system, ISO9001 & TS16949), such as supplier audit, internal audit, process audit, non-formity handling, problem solving, continuous improvement and customer complaints handling
2. Support process engineer to develop quality plan including APQP, control plan, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, measurement devices, incoming inspection specification, in-process inspection and final/outgoing inspection specifications
3. Supporting new product, new project or transferred product introduction, follow up first article certification
4. Support process to improve capability and stabilization of process & equipment
5. Set up and keep quality information database of incoming, in-process, final and outgoing inspection
6. Support relevant person to perform supplier evaluation and quality development
7. Support relevant person to receive customer audit and provide support to customer
8. Coach and train inspectors and operators for quality procedure, work instruction, quality control method
9. Other task nominated by the management

Background skills:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or close.
-3+ years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry.
-Very good knowledge and experience of ISO9001:2000; TS16949 is preferred.
-Good experience of problem solving and capable of leading a team to solve quality problem.
-Good written and spoken English.
-Familiar with MS-office application, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point.
