职位描述：
This position is responsible for providing a safe, healthy & comfortable working environment for every employee in Caterpillar Xuzhou Facility.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Facility EHS Assurance Manual program development and deployment
2. Monitoring regulatory compliance and reporting focused on facility-specific safety and hygiene problem.
3. Developing the facility-specific safety and hygiene training package and coordination, including orientation & regulatory training to all level of the organization.
4. Assisting leadership in performing hazard/risk evaluation and analysis.
5. Assisting leadership in evaluating safety programs and technical support to hazard/risk control.
6. Participating in new process review/analysis and Hazardous Material approval if needs.
7. Participating in Emergency Management Plan(EMP) evaluation and implementation.
8. Assisting managers, supervisors and employees in conducting accident/incident investigations (root cause analysis) for sharing and lesson learning.
9. Managing Safety and Health Metrics, such as record keeping, data analysis and reporting.
10. Working with local Work Safety and Hygiene Agency (according to Work Safety Law and the Law on Occupational Disease Prophylaxis &Treatment), including follows:

Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Safety Engineering
2. Good English Skills
3. Good abilities of analysis, diagnostic, judgment. 4. Above 2 years practitioner experience in safety is preferred.
