1. Supervise the sites’ equipment performance, KPI and management.
负责工厂设备的运行目标制定与管控。
2. Supervise the performance of whole equipment and facility, line set up. Monitor equipment installation and be responsible for the start-up.
管理整个工厂的设备设施，产线，确保正常运转。监督设备安装，负责设备调试。
3. Cooperate with Shanghai headquarters to develop plans of equipment improvement, manufacture capability improvement or new machine/molds introduction.
与上海总部合作，制定设备改造改进计划，提高设备性能，及新设备、模具引进。
4. Handle, organize and arrange the team’s whole working and tasks.
负责整个维护部们的日常工作的分配与管理
5. Control and manage the cost of repair and maintenance of machine.
管控设备维护费用。
6. Responsible for set up the training plan of team members to increase their skills. Set up the KPI for each position and monitor the performance, and improve accordingly.
负责团队成员的培训计划。执行每个岗位的绩效目标，并监督其表现，进行改进。
7. Handle and solve the equipment issue during production.
解决生产过程中所有遇到的设备故障。
8. Manage the spare part for the machines.
设备备件管理与维护。

岗位要求：
1. 8+ years in equipment engineering. 4+ years management experience.
8年以上设备工程相关经验，4年以上管理经验
2. Proficient with the management process of the equipment
精通设备工程管控体系与流程
3. Ability to hand on equipment issue analysis and solving.
善于设备故障排查与解决
4. Proficient with operating principle and maintenance process of the equipment.
精通设备维护及其管控
5. Good read and written English, oral and listen is a plus.
良好的英文读写能力，听说能力优秀优先考虑
6. TPM, 6 sigma or Lean experience is highly preferred.
具备TPM, 6 Sigma，精益相关经验的优先考虑。
7. Experience of new production line introduction is highly preferred.
