职位描述：
1. Machine/molds/tooling start-up and regularly maintenance afterwards, understand equipments/molds/tooling working principle, do trouble shooting for the equipment issue or product quality issue, work closely with control engineer and process engineer.
设备、模具与工装的调试及后期设备日常维修维护，掌握设备模具工装的工作原理，与控制工程师和工艺工程师配合,在设备出现故障及产品出现质量问题时进行问题分析与解决。
2. Establish and update preventive maintenance plans, and ensure their implementation.
建立并更新PM计划，并确保其实施。
3. Reduce the down time of equipment and follow up daily maintenance status to ensure production run smoothly.
减少生产设备的停机时间，并跟踪日常维护状态，确保生产线稳定连续运行。
4. Organize / conduct trouble-shooting on break down of machines, equipment, tools and fixtures, and recover their functions promptly to minimize the impact to production running.
组织并领导设备、工装模具停机原因分析，提出相关解决方案，将对生产的影响降到最低。
5. Keep and update machinery documents, manual books and maintenance instructions and recordings.
保管并更新设备技术文件，操作手册，维护手册与记录。
6. Make out the purchasing plan, purchasing requisition of spare parts according to maintenance plan, and manage spare part stock.
制定备件采购计划，根据维护计划进行备件采购申请与备件库存管理。
7. Support the new product development and introduction to mass production.
支持新产品开发，及导入批量生产。
8. Make out / implement training to maintenance technician and setters, and their daily task planning and following up; 对维护技工进行相关培训，制定日常维护计划，并跟踪管理。
9. Technical interface with supplier. Other work assigned.
与供应商进行技术沟通。其他安排的工作。


岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanic engineering, equipments development or maintenance experience is highly preferred.
机械工程相关专业，本科及以上学历。具有设备开发或维护项目经验尤佳。
2. 2 year+ working experience.
2年以上工作经验
3. Solid mechanical knowledge, good understanding of engineering material, static structure strength analysis, fatigue analysis. FEA Skill is a plus. Knowledge of pneumatic system or hydraulic system design is a plus.
扎实的机械工程知识。熟悉工程材料、静力结构分析、疲劳分析。具有FEA分析能力或气动系统、液压系统设计能力更好.
4. Proficient in 3D/2D CAD software such as Solidworks, AutoCAD.
精通二维三维设计软件，如AutoCAD, Solidworks.
5. Good read and written English. Good oral and listen English is a plus.
英语读写优秀。听说优秀尤佳。
6. Good communication skill and team work oriented.
