1. Supervise the department’s performance, KPI and management.
负责工艺部门的团队管理，目标制定与绩效考核。
2. Manage all the process documentations and technical change requirements, like NSP/ECR/ECN.
管理所有工艺文件与技术变更，如NSP/ECR/ECN.
3. Ensuring and support the sites’ manufacturing team has the technical ability to manufacture product via training, coaching and mentoring.
确保生产团队理解工艺文件，理解产品技术要求。
4. Improving the process capability, equipment reliability, product quality, yield rate productivity performance.
负责提高工艺过程能力，设备可靠性，产品质量，产品产量与生产效率。
5. Provide strong trouble shooting to site issues.
对现场出现的问题提供高效的问题分析与解决方案。
6. Develop plans with Shanghai/global headquarters for process improving or future new manufacture process, cost saving.
与上海总部共同合作进行工艺改进，新生产工艺引进，降低成本等
7. Provide detail process understanding and data to support the design and new product development or existing product improvement.
全面理解工艺与生产过程，及相关数据，支持新产品开发或现有产品改进。
8. Cooperate with local project team to define the manufacturing requirements, constraints for process sign off for implementation of new products.
负责新产品的生产工艺的现场导入与实施，与工程部门一起定义和解决工艺实施所遇到的需求、限制与困难。
9. Responsible for set up the training plan of team members to increase their skills.
负责部门团员的培训计划，提高团队成员的技能。


岗位要求：
1. Above 5 years working experience in Lead acid battery industry. Familiar with Telecom or UPS battery technology.
至少5年以上铅酸电池行业工作经验，熟悉通信用或UPS电源电池相关技术。
2. 3+ years management experience.
3年以上管理经验。
3. Analytical and continuous improvement mindset. Experience with Six sigma, SPC or Lean is highly preferred.
具备问题分析与持续改进的思维。具备6 sigma，SPC或精益生产相关经验优先考虑
4. Good Written or spoken English is a plus.
良好的英文听说读写能力优先考虑
