1. Ensuring and support the sites’ manufacturing. Ensure plant following all the technical instructions, monitoring the production to ensure quality and yield.

2. The execution of process related improvement projects. Support the new product trial run and mass production introduction.
执行工艺改进相关的项目, 支持新产品的试制与批量生产导入。
3. Technically analyzing production process issues and proposing the solutions.
对生产现场出现的问题进行技术分析，并提供解决方案
4. Assisting production supervisors to do the staff technical training and examine.
支持生产部对生产员工进行培训与考核。
5. Cooperate with other departments to improving the process capability, equipment reliability, product quality, yield rate productivity performance.
与其他部门共同合作，提高工艺过程能力，设备可靠性，产品质量，产品产量与生产效率。
6. Cooperate with Shanghai Headquarter for new process introduction and process design and improvement.
与上海总部合作进行新工艺引进与工艺开发与改进。
7. Process documentation work.

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor or master degree in Chemistry or Mechanical engineering, 1+ years working experience.
化学或机械专业本科及以上学历，一年以上工作经验
2. Good communication skill, Willing to learn.
优秀的沟通技能，热爱学习。
3. Working experience in battery industry is highly preferred.
具有电池行业工作经验者优先考虑
4. Good written and listen English is highly preferred.
