岗位概要: Key Performance Area

This position will focus on facility and process equipment daily maintenance.

主要负责公用设施和工艺设备的日常维修

He should be responsible for safety management of facility operation.

同时要负责设施运营的安全维保及管理

He should work with other engineers to keep R&D center facility system running smoothly.

和其他工程师合作使研发中心运行稳定

He will work with each R&D groups and provide electrical technical support, mainly on lab and pilot plant.

和其他研发团队合作提供电气技术支持

Also he will keep site facility with safety, QRO requirements and other related departments.

和相关部门合作，有关安全及法规的工作

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

? Vertical Start-up of new machine 新设备的启机

ü E&M facility equipment Installation (especially about electricity) 机电安装

ü Startup process: training, safety, commissioning plan 培训，安全，和试机计划

ü Handover with project team 和项目组交接

? Facility operation 公用设施运行

ü Building service and support: daily maintenance concerning electrical components and proactive maintenance ( HVAC etc.,),training

大楼的服务：日常维修包括电器和预防性保养（暖通等公用设施）及培训

ü Provide all technical support to Lab and pilot plant equipment: proactive maintenance, safety concerning electricity such as control room, automation, control program, and so on.

提供 中试工厂和实验室的技术支持：维护保养，安全如控制室，自动化设备，控制程序等

ü All lab instruments calibration and adjustment

实验仪器的校准

ü Pilot plant operation: operation support, ITQ requirement compliance

生产工作的支持

ü Organization of relative supplier service and maintenance plan

管理相关供应商施工和维修计划

ü Plan and define the troubleshooting solution, and make sense of cost

应急维修的方案，节约成本

? Facility Safety设施运行的安全管理

ü Maintain the safety facility or other equipment according to safety program

对公用设施或先关设备进行维保，保证符合安全管理程序

ü Update and improve the safety program

更新及完善安全管理程序

ü Coordinate the safety program training and deployment

组织安排安全相关培训及实施

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

· Technical college above专科以上

· Strong background in utility maintenance, electrical and automation, PLC is a plus 擅长公用工程维保及电气自动化技术，熟悉PLC加分

· 10+ years of experience in similar position，10年及以上类似工作

· Good MS office software and AutoCAD skills良好的Office办公软件及AutoCAD的使用

· Good communication skill, Good oral and written English is a plus良好的沟通技巧，课英语交流加分

· Good organization skill 组织工作技巧

· Result oriented with flexible and innovative manner 结果导向的韧性及创新精神

· Willing to work in an operational manner, good sense of safety and security standard compliance 乐于从事运行生产类工作，有安全及保密意识
