JoB Description:
As our new plant project starts the construction phase, we are looking for a Construction and On-site Manager, who will be responsible for the day to day progress of this new plant project. In this function you will lead a small team on-site and report to the new plant project team manager. Once the project is finished, a future position as Plant and Property Manager of the new plant is visible.
*Be responsible for the construction of the new plant
*Well manage the whole process of the project, ensure the project finish in time;
*Well manage the construction contractor(s) to ensure compliance with relative regulations of company and country;
*Be responsible for the construction quality and safety;
*Well manage the construction cost;
*Be responsible for relative legal documentation of the project;
*Be responsible for property management after construction;
*Coach, motivate, and develop your team members;

Requirements/Qualifications:
*Above 5 years’ relative working experience in manufacturing enterprise, construction project management experience will be preference;
*Good experience of project management, have a good relationship with related government department.
*Good English and computer skills.
*Bachelor degree or above，majoring in construction or relative area.
*Good planning, implementation, communication, coordination and leadership skills Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
