Job Description
1. Coordinate with Wuxi Site accounting SSC team to ensure appropriate record and category of China Tech Center financials.
2. Cross-functionally develop effective tracking & analyzing tool for Tech Center day-to-day departmental spending as well as project-base spending (expense and CAPEX) in the purpose of local management strategy support and implementation.
3. Support WuxiSite legal entity as required for application of High Technology Eligible Company in near future.
4. Prepare and present periodic forecasts and the annual operating plan for China Tech Center.
5. Prepare, understand, and present financial results and explain variance in comparison to the annual business plan and periodic forecasting scenarios. Initiate and implement timely corrective action with functional and finance leadership to
capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
6. Support of strategic engineering and quality initiatives within the operation, identifying opportunities and participating in the execution of initiatives serving to achieve Company’s short- and long-term financial objectives.
7. Individually, and as a member of cross-functional teams, participate in the development of market analyses and business cases associated with product development / new business opportunities.
8. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Company;


Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
2. Minimum 3 years experience in financial role at a MNC,manufacturing environment with engineering function is highly preferable.
3. Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
4. He or she must have strong analytical and reasoning capabilities to anticipate and identify operational opportunities, risks and problems, analyze variances from plan, and develop timely action plans to achieve operating goals.
5. He or she should be willing to challenge and persuade others on alternative solutions or courses of action with a clear ability to initiate and implement process change and continuous improvement activities in Company.
6. Fluently in both speaking and writing English
7. Highly potential to grow with Company in Asia Pacific region;
