职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 带领整个维修团队以支持安全、生产率等目标的实现；
2、 负责安全、健康、环境的合法执行和管理；
3、 5S管理和执行，创造专业、有组织的工作环境；
4、 监控和管理设施设备条件；
5、 监控整个工厂的能源消耗：电、水、气，保证80%以上的设备都能正常运行；
6、 文件控制与管理，以及所有设备的软件管理。
任职条件：
1、 大专及以上学历，机械相关专业毕业；
2、 5年以上工厂设备维护、保养领域相关工作经验；
3、 熟悉铸造、机加工设备及程序；
4、 熟悉电、PLC、半自动造型生产线及熔炼炉；
5、 熟悉ISO, EHS, 5S, TPM 等；
6、 有团队管理经验及良好的沟通能力；
7、 有台资、日资或其他外资经验优先。 举报 分享
