Requirement岗位要求

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Quality Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing is preferable;本科或以上学历，质量体系专业，工程、生产制造优先
- At least 3 - 5 years team leader experience for 5 or more coworkers; 至少3-5年团队领导经验，5名或更多的同事

- Solid understanding and implementation ISO9000 坚实的理解和实施ISO9000

- Understanding of China National Quality rules;理解中国国家质量规则

- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill;流利的英语听、说、读、写的技能
- LEAN manufacturing, SPC implementation experience is preferable;精益生产、SPC实施经验者优先
- 5S, safety, health and environment knowledge for factory is preferable;了解工厂5S，安全、健康、环境知识的优先
- MNC working experience is preferable;跨国公司工作经验者优先

Responsibility岗位职责

- Ensure quality system implementation, maintenance and conformity; 确保质量体系实施,维护和整合
- Lead & conduct quality Audits and management review control 领导和开展质量审核和管理评审控制
- Implement measurement instrument calibration and MSA; 测量仪器校准和MSA
- Establish product quality standards and control process.建立产品质量标准和控制流程
- Establishing QA compliance objectives and continuous improvement plans ensuring product quality targets are achieved建立质量保证合规目标和确保产品质量目标实现的持续改进计划

- PPAP submission, customer complaint response；PPAP提交, 客户投诉的反应
- Customer audit and 3rd-party audit management; 客客户审核和第三方审核管理
- Test Laboratory；测试实验室
- Test lab set up and management 测试实验室建立与管理
- Complete test request per test plan；根据测试计划完成测试要求
- Working with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality control targets (incoming quality, process quality, and etc);与采购人员合作,建立供应商质量控制目标(入厂质量、过程质量等）
- Staff training, improvement and motivation.员工培训、改进与激励
