1、严格遵守国家财经法规、财务工作规定和公司相关制度;

2、负责公司年度预算的编制、执行、会同各业务部门做好预算的执行分析工作检查、负责预算执行结果的编报工作；

3、负责区域公司财务核算工作，并向有关部门报送财务报表；

4、资金管理：编制年度、季度、月度的资金管理计划，提高资金使用效率，确保公司现金管理的完整和安全；

5、组织全面税务管理工作，进行税收筹划；

6、会同有关职能部门定期进行财产清查、重要经济合同的会审，并监督经济合同的执行情况；

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，财务、金融等相关专业；

2、有3年相关财务管理工作经验者优先；

3、有全盘税务管理、风险规避和整体统筹能力；

4、熟悉税务政策法规及国家、地方的财税政策；

5、有良好的对外沟通、协调能力；
