1. Advertising and promotion management
1) Support brand manage to formulate annual A&P plan. Key initiatives include IMC in strategic markets, Merchandising, New product launch programs and Peak season promotions.
2) Communicate internal and external to execute A&P key initiatives. And continuous to improve the execution efficiency and effective.
3) Coordinate internal and external to track A&P key initiatives. And make adjustment for course correction if necessary.
4) Evaluate A&P key initiatives including incremental sales, profit contribution, ROI analysis, working & not working, and leanings.
5) Control annual A&P budget, and communicate with finance team to monitor monthly expense.
2. Channel and regional business development
1) Drive modern trade business development, and consolidate annual promotion plan for national key account channels.
2) Drive traditional trade business development, and consolidate pragmatic promotion plan for key traditional channels.
3) Drive key regions business development, and compile special projects to fight back key competitors in key areas.
3. Internal and external communications
1) Hold regular sales and marketing meeting, support regular SOP meeting to ensure program implementation based on common ground with clear direction
2) Compile period report and weekly report to track brand performance
