-Responsible to carry through the graphic design of packaging, such as the carton and etc.按照要求，负责产品包装（纸箱等）的平面设计；

-Take the responsibility or work together with design corporation to design, make and innovate POSM, including posters, sliding cards and so on.负责或与设计公司合作进行各类营销宣传资料的设计、制作与创新，包括各类海报、插卡等；

-Dispose the drawing and text in the company..公司内部的其它图文处理；

-Assist other departments to successfully deal with the work on design and aesthetics. 协助其他部门人员对设计及美学方面的工作顺利完成；

-Communicate with cooperators to ensure the quality and the timeline of graphic design projects. And responsible to check and accept the project. 与协作方沟通，保证各类平面设计项目的质量以及完成时间，并负责验收。

- Effectively cost control on the designing and making在设计和制作上有效的控制成本。

-Understand commercial design process, from communicate idea and concept, to develop and propose options, till to final approval and production. Especially, the designer should have his own creative input to the process. And the designer can show his thinking logic of his/her design.
