康特耐（上海）管理顾问有限公司在新疆招聘一名农场服务主管，负责开发可持续棉花项目，协调农场项目的实施。确保参与项目的农民、工人以及环境得到实际的利益，且保证项目的实施遵循可持续棉花的生产原则。
主要职责:
? 协调并执行可持续棉花项目及有机棉花项目。根据品牌商的生产原则及标准来协调并执行棉花农场培训；
? 为公司当前可持续棉花项目制定全年培训计划、时间表、预算和具体培训内容，主要包括化肥、农药的正确使用，水资源管理，改善土壤品质，提升体面劳动；
? 在项目区域收集、汇总，分析有关项目进展的定量和定性的信息，监控并分析关键绩效指标；
? 与当地主要利益相关方如农场，政府及科研机构建立紧密的合作关系；
? 与公司内部专家及外部科研机构一起为农民提供技术培训和支持，以提高农民可持续发展耕种技能并降低环境影响；
? 根据公司策略和现有资源探索并开发新的生意发展方向，开发有利于环境和农民的社会公益项目机会；
? 项目经理安排的其他任务。
申请资格:
? 本科以上学历，农学及相关专业；
? 3 年以上农业（棉花）领域工作经验，具有国际项目管理经验者优先；
? 人际沟通能力强, 能与政府相关部门、高校及科研机构等各利益相关方建立稳固的合作关系；
? 具有统计学知识，能够整理并分析数据；
? 有农业培训方面的工作经验，有与农民打交道的经验；
? 有作物种植（尤其是棉花），化肥及农药使用方面工作经验优先，具有有机棉工作经验将会被优先考虑；

Job Title: Farm Services Supervisor, China
Reports to: Farm Manager, China
Based at: Korla, Xinjiang
Job Purpose
The farm programme supervisor is a key role in developing our more sustainable cotton programmes and implementing farm projects throughout Xinjiang, ensuring that farmers, farm workers and the environment benefit from our projects. He/She provides technical/agricultural related guidance and inputs to our programmes as well as monitoring the implementation of the project activities at grass root level while ensuring all steps are taking for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
? Implement and coordinate more sustainable cotton projects, including REEL Cotton Programme, Better Cotton project, Organic Cotton project in Xinjiang. Coordinate cotton farm training sections for current projects according to brands’ production principles and criteria
? Plan training details, timing, budget and tools for current sustainable cotton programmes in Xinjiang – focus on proper usage of fertilizers/pesticides, water management, improving soil health, decent work etc?
? Collect, summarize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data about programs and progress towards meeting program target, and monitor the Key Performance Indicators every year
? Establish strong relationships with local key stakeholders such as farm groups, government agencies and academic institutions
? Work with internal experts and external academic institutions to offer technical support to farmers to improve sustainable cultivation skills and reduce impacts
? Explore and develop new business direction according to company strategy based on current resources and develop community investment opportunities
? Any other responsibilities assigned by project manager
Essential Skills
? Bachelor degree or above in Agriculture or related field
? At least 3 plus years of experience in the area of cotton agriculture; preferably in support of international development programming and project management
? Strong interpersonal skills, networking experiences with Govt. Departments, universities and research institutes, etc.
? Good statistical analysis ability
? Practical experience in developing and implementing agricultural training programmes, rich experiences working with farmers
? Experience in crop planting(especially cotton), fertilizer, water management and pesticides usage is a plus, organic cotton knowledge and experience is highly preferred
? Working knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint
? English reading and writing ability, Uyghur speaking skill is preferred
Salary and benefits:
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on experience
Benefits: Five insurances and house fund, two-day weekend, annual physical examination, birthday gift, communication subsidy, and paid annual leave.
