What we offer

Develop manufacturing management organization contract and capabilities for Adhesives business in Korea and Japan (KR/JP), to ensure quality products supply on time. Partner with Purchase-Toll Manufacturing team to optimize Adhesive contract manufacturing footprint in KR/JP.

Manage KR/JP 3rd-Party Manufacturing (3PM) to ensure compliance of Social Standards, Safety Health Environment Quality (SHEQ) and stock taking, and performance in line with legal and Henkel requirements.

Regularly review and evaluate 3PM compliance performance with support from relevant KR/JP site. Compliance related professional. Lead the multifunctional audit team to conduct the KR/JP 3PM Compliance audit as per plan. Follow up Compliance audit findings to ensure timely closure.

Coordinate with business/purchase/relevant site team to select and consolidate tollers. Provide the right solution to support Henkel business. Responsible to execute 3PM complaints by Henkel's customer complaint management system (CCMS) and supplier complaint management system (SCMS).

Responsible for routine key performance of adhesives technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery and cost with monthly KR/JP 3PM report.


Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of three (3) years chemistry, project management and related experiences
Good English communication skills
