Responsibilities

1. Charge process management of the whole company.
负责公司的工艺管理工作
2. Response for process management, examine/change; edit process development and improvement plan for the whole company;
负责公司全面工艺管理，工艺审查/变更，工艺发展规划及工艺改造计划的编制；
3. Response for organization, creation and execution of process standard and management system;
 负责组织、制定、贯彻工艺标准及工艺管理制度；
4. Charge pilot production of new products; design and validation of mold & tooling; creation, publishing, updating of baseline and process standard;
组织领导新产品的中试，工装模具的设计及验证，基准工艺&工艺标准的制定、发布和更新；
5. Organize ME engineer to create and optimize process routing BOM & SOP and standard work time;
组织和领导工艺工程师完成产品工艺路线制定及优化、BOM创建、作业指导书的编制以及标准工时的校准；
6. On basis of production actual situation and market feedback to organize ME engineer to analysis and optimize conventional products, improve mold & tooling to enhance production efficiency and cut production cost;
组织和领导工艺工程师结合生产实际及市场反馈，进行产品的工艺分析和质量分析，制定产品工艺改进方案，完善工装及模具设计，不断提高生产效率，降低成本；
7. Support the work of R&D and QC from ME view;
支持和协助R&D新产品开发以及质量部质量管理和改善工作；
8. Manage, train, guide and evaluate the staff of ME dept.
负责对本部门人员的管理、培训、指导和评价；


Requirements

1. Engineering bachelor degree or above;
本科以上学历；
2. Major in Metallic Materials, Powder Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering;
 金属材料、粉末冶金、机械设计与制造等相关专业；
3. 3 years work experience on technology or process management;
3年以上技术或工艺管理工作经验；
4. Skilled in communication and organization;
较高的组织协调能力、良好的沟通能力，娴熟的管理经验；
5. Skilled English communication ability;
