职位表述和要求：
POSITION SUMMARY

This is a rotating shift position responsible for day to day operation of ASU, purifiers, Hydrogen plants in Wuxi city. Control & regulate the quality and capability of gas products, such as N2/O2/Ar/H2/HE, to supply customer, be responsible for the calibration of the analyzers, monitoring plants, filling gas, routine inspection, assist engineers to maintenance and repair failed equipments and finish other assigned works.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Know some EHS knowledge and implement base on EHS principle.
2. Monitor running parameter by DSC operation system and routine inspection in site.
3. Responsible for plants starts/stops, troubleshooting, assist engineers to maintenance and repair failed equipments.
4. Be responsible for the daily plants operation, ensure high efficiency and safety, including process control, productivity and parameter adjustment, timely notice of trailer filling, etc;
5. Keep effective communications with logistics, customers, remote monitor operation center, maintenance team etc.
6. Being able to on call during 24 hours if necessary.
7. Improve English skills, be able to read and write, speak and hear;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. College or above with a major in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrics or related disciplines; Bachelor degree is preferred.
2. At least 2+ years manufacturing company work experience. Chemical or ASU plant work experience is prioritized.
3. Honest, hard working, willing to make efforts for self-actualization;
4. Being suited to work in shifts;
5. Good read and written English skill.
6. Proactive, energetic, aggressive to learn.
