职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
1. Supporting COS channel national manager to develop national COS channel development strategy (channel strategy and commercial policy)
1.支持化妆品渠道全国经理制定全国渠道发展战略（渠道策略和商业政策）
2. Grow volume, revenue & share in assigned accounts aligned with channel strategy
2.应用渠道策略，以促进分配账目的数量、收入和分配
3. Negotiate trading terms and implement customer plan
3.谈判交易条款及实施客户计划
4. Work with field sales team for key customers planning & account level sales development objectives.
4.与现场销售团队合作，制定对关键客户的计划及客户的销售目标.
5. Build up strong customer relationship & wiring
5.建立稳固的客户关系和联结


Qualifications
1. More than 5 years work experience in sales, at least have 2 years experience in daily chemica lindustry
2. At least Bachelor holder
3. Experience in COS channel or KA is preferred.
4. Active, quick learning skill
5. Good communication, good team player and problem solving
