POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

Be responsible for all phases of office administration affairs in EAP and provide admin support to GM-LB/GenGas and Helium, VP-Asia Merchant Gaees.

Nature and Scope

* Supervises daily office administrative operations in EAP

* Develops/improves office and admin policies

* Manages admin cost controls

* Provides admin support to GM and VP

DIMENSIONS

Operation Budget: 0.2 million USD in FY12

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Planning meetings and coordinating visitors for the GM;

2. Interfacing on behalf of the GM with all internal and external colleagues, customers and suppliers;

3. Scheduling appointments, phone coverage, travel assistance, filing, etc;

4. Preparation of document and presentations for monthly and quarterly reports (Business Area Reviews, monthly reports, etc.);

5. Attends managers meeting, issues meeting minutes, and manages action item follow up;

6. Find out background information for documents before approval;

7. Provides other admin support to GMs as needed, including speech and document translation, accompanying GM to meetings as needed.

8. Business assignment with Logistics arrangement for foreigner visitors include visa application, hotel, transportation arrangement and meeting arrangement.

9. Take Lead of all the Logistics of National Sales meeting.

10.Control the usage of company contract chop, Legal representative stamp, Business Licence, etc. certificate.

11.Handle sensitive information, reports, and documents in a confidential manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* University degree with minimum 3 years support senior manager experience

* Good at writing, speaking, reading English;

* Good communication and interpersonal skill;

* Perform a good team player;
