职位表述和要求： PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1, Conduct cryogenic boxes structure engineering, strength and stability calculation for projects executed in China

2, Understanding APCI Civil/structure engineering standard, spec and international industry civil/structure engineering code and local code

3, Coordinate and communicate technical issues with US cryogenic structure design team and boxes manufacturer.

4, Working with US cryogenic design team to support project proposal estimation, project execution.

5, Introduce GB structure design codes and local steel material to US cryogenic design team to make their design can fit China market demand.

6, Support on cold box structure manufacturing and QC inspection for technical issues and provide resolution suggestion

7, Support on cold box transportation and lifting and provide resolution suggestion.

8, Work closely with cryogenic piping design and stress analysis on the interfacing and cross checking on the consistency.

9, Ensure the design working procedures are followed and manage the design changes properly.

10, Build structure model by using Framework Plus and draft detailed fabrication drawings.

Recommended Skills and Experience

1, 6+ years experience in Structure engineering with Gas, Chemical or Petrochemical related industry with design institute or engineering company (experience on cold box structure design will be a plus).

2, BS degree in Civil/Structure engineering

3, Acceptable level in oral and written English

4, Be able to work in a team environment

5, Be able to travel to site as required

6, Be able to prepare technical documents, drawings and specification

7, Skillful in drawing by using Microstation, AutoCAD, and Framework etc. design tools. Capability of StaadPro application for calculating is mandatory.

8, Well understand China local structure design code and familiar with international industry standard and code, such as codes of IBC, AISC, ASCE and AWS.
