职位表述和要求： Position Description:

This position is responsible for the technical design of SAP applications (ERP, CRM, SRM and HR) and integration to peripheral systems. The individual will work on a wide range of challenging SAP based IT projects with peers in both the Shanghai office and the United States. The individual will receive guidance from Shanghai and assignments/direction from a U.S. based Technical Lead. The individual will also participate in the development of the company’s IT application development strategy and will guide the use of information technologies for both SAP and OSAP applications.

This position is ideal for someone who has done substantial ABAP development and has progressed to step out into other areas to develop professionally and to provide guidance to other persons in the company.

Position Responsibilities:

· Participate in development of designs for IT projects involving SAP applications.

· Determine technical requirements of projects to ensure that client specifications are met

· Coordinate the technical tasks through all phases of new solutions’ projects.

· Work closely with Functional project managers in design of solutions and enhancements.

· Interface with Basis and Infrastructure teams during design and implementation of solutions.

· Participate in setting the strategic Application Solutions’ technology direction. Participate on strategic technology projects.

· Learn new technologies and be a change agent to introduce technologies.

· Facilitate the exchange of technical knowledge across the Global IT technical community.

· Collaborate with strategic partners in solution development and enforcement of standards.

· Leverage ABAP skills to develop proof-of-concepts and high level coding for complex projects.

· Provide 3rd level technical support for SAP applications which may include utilizing ABAP development skills for critical defect resolutions.

Education/Experience:

·A bachelors degree in Information Technology or in a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering or Science)

· 5+ years experience working with information technology

· 3+ years experience in hands-on SAP application development, including frameworks such as ABAP Web Dynpro, CRM WebUI

· Basic understanding of two or more modules of SAP, and SAP’s portfolio of products

· Knowledge of IT system development, IT infrastructure and business processes

· Knowledge of software development tools, technologies and methodologies

· Experience with middleware technologies and integration of SAP and non-SAP applications

· Systems’ level thinking - see big picture and interconnects

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. Proficiency in English is required.

· Likes to learn new information technologies and how to apply them to meet the needs of Air Products

· Flexibility to work with teams across the globe as required
