职位描述：
Reporting:

You will report to GM and Global Business controller.
You will take the responsibility of one BUs' controlling

Responsibilities:
1. Business partner to the Business Unit Manager
2. Actively participate in local and Business area business review
3. Responsible for the accuracy fo the business unit financial reporting and liaising with the SSC
4. Analyse and report business unit results (where possible using standardized group formats). Communicate both locally and at BA level
5. Own the business unit forecasting and planning process
- Weekly SFC
- Quarterly FC1/2/3
- Annual planning
6. Look for operational efficiencies and cost savings in the business units, measured through operational KPIs
7. Local owner of the BI tool
8. Local contact for acquisition process
9. Produce and anaylze local financial reports and KPIs and monitor company performance against plans/forecasts. Report back explanations for major dviations.
10. Review level of working capital in teh company to ensure it is kept at optimum levels in orde rto maximise cashflow
11. Propose and drive actitities to continuously improve the performance of the company
12. Proactively support and challenge the business in order to drive the business forward and reach the financial objectivies set.
13. Take a leading role in the preparation of business plans/budgets and forecasts.
14. Make approval matrix and ensure business activities follow the matrix
15. Support internal and external audit
16. Ensure adequate financial controls and review systems in the company to ensure accuracy of reported information and minmise risk of fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate activities
17. Implement Group Finance Initiatives in the company, monitor progress and report back status and deviations from plans.
18. Guide and train employees finance knoledge
19. Tasks assigned from line manager.
