Responsibilities:
* Budget for Capex.
* Write-up and update process documentation.
* Continues improvement of the current process.
* Assist production supervisor in daily operation.
* Operators training and qualification.
* Work with quality department on improving product quality level.
* Work with maintenance department in equipment improvement and maintenance.
* New product development and support on new production capacity transfer, prepare all necessary information for manufacture, eg., process, drawing, BOM and so on.
* Complete projects on time and within budget.
* Report to process supervisor and manager.
Requirements:
* Fresh Graduate with BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, polymer science or composite material background.
* Solid theoretical knowledge.
* Adhesive coating and lamination experience is preferred.
* Good communication skill in written and spoken English, interpersonal skill.
* Good in MS Office, analytical and statistics tools.
* Initiative and self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and deadline.
* Pro-active, cooperative, be responsible.
* Diligence and creativity, quick response to issues, efficient time management.
Principal end Results:
* 20% EHS and Training
* 50% Process Issues Solve and Product Quality Improvement
* 30% New Projects and New Products
