职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities主要工作职责：

1. 负责下发施工标准并进行产品生产工艺过程的控制；
Issue the process specification and control the production process;
2. 负责对生产过程中出现的工艺问题处理解决；
Responsible for solving process problem in the production process;
3. 负责对产品质量问题进行过程性分析，并改进过程来解决质量问题；
For the quality problem of the finished and semi-finished, check the process, and analyze the root cause from process, improve the process to solve the problem.
4. 负责对设备或产品工业化的跟踪与过程工艺制定；
Responsible for the industrialization of the products or new machine, follow and make the process flow;
5. 负责对新规格产品试产跟踪，并做出试产过程报告，解决试产中出现的问题；
Responsible for the new sizes small batch trail following, and do the report, solve the problems happened during the trail;
6. 负责对过程能力进行评估，并制定过程控制的内容和改进计划，并能通过过程控制来解决相应的质量问题，提高质量状况;
Responsible for evaluation of the process capability, make the content and improvement plan for process control, and solve the quality problem, improve the quality status by process control.
7. 遵守质量、环境和职业健康安全法律、法规和其它要求，贯彻公司质量、环境和职业健康安全方针，努力实现与本岗位相关的质量、环境和职业健康安全的目标、指标；
To comply with the laws, regulations and other requirements in environment and occupational health, in order to achieve the goals and targets.
8. 面对事故、自然灾害等紧急情况，能够按照相关预案规定作出积极响应。
To act promptly while emergencies and catastrophe arise according to disaster control plan.

Qualifications/Skills岗位要求
1. Over three years' process engineering experience in large or medium-sized manufacturing enterprises; Preferably automotive industry
三年以上大中型制造企业车间工艺相关工作经验；
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Polymer Material & Engineering or industrial automation;
大学本科及以上学历, 高分子材料与工程等相关专业；
2. Have good comprehension ability, good at thinking, and have good communication skills; fluent spoken and written English even if not mandatory will be considered a plus.
有良好的理解能力，善于思考，并有良好的沟通能力;
3. Can use computer, able to deal with data to do the analysis and do the report. Use of statistics software (e.g. minitab, matlab) will be considered a plus.
能熟练使用电脑,能做数据分析并能做出相应的报告，能使用英语对话。
4. Have good ambition，disciplined, have very good manners, good work ethic, strong sense of responsibility.
有上进心、有纪律性，良好的职业道德，积极强烈的责任感。
5. Knowledge of quality, environment & occupational health and safety regulations in the work place.
了解与本岗位有关的质量、环境和职业健康安全法规知识；
6. Analytical skills of environment and hazard.
具备有效控制环境因素和危险源技能。
7. Awareness of emergency and quick to action.
