Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) combines the strong capabilities of the Shared Services, Processes and the Information Technology Organization. Colleagues at IBS form a global and diverse team. What we offer
Strategic alignment of business units and integrated business solutions strategy
Derive priorities and roadmap including alignment of global programs
Prepare and provide budget & performance dialogue: budget steering, allocation monitoring, yearly planning cycles, regular performance, budget and portfolio review with business units/functions
Derive demand management for Integrated Business Solutions (IBS): identify new projects and execute demand process for approvals

Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in information technology, business administration and related field
Minimum of 5 years related experiences in multinational companies, (rich IT background plus shared service, business analytics and finance background)
Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills
