Objective

• Support Guerlain Business Controller to produce Corporate and local reporting
• Budget / Revision consolidation and coordination with budget owner

Main Responsibilities:

· Major Tasks - Day to Day /Closing / Budget/Revision

- A&P expenses follow up and checking, as well as A&P control file monitoring;

- POSM Inventory analysis and follow-up

- KPI / Scorecard reporting

- Capex submission and follow-up

· Support Business Controller

- Good analytical, reporting skills

- Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin;

Basic Requirements:

· Key competencies:

- Good analytical, reporting skills

- Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin;

- Deadline and action oriented

- Rigor, precision, reactivity

· Technical skills:

- Accounting and analytical knowledge

- Excel, Access, PPT

- JDE or Accepta would be appreciate

· Profile :

- At least 3-5 years in Business Analysis experience with international company

- Project management experience

- Bachelor degree or above with majority in accounting or related

- Preference Big 4 auditor experience.
