职位描述：
1) Planning, budgeting , organization , implementation and control of brand activities (Above the Line, Below the Line, trade/ Point of Sales Material activities) to ensure compliance with overall brand strategy and to ensure achieving of brand objective.
2) Cooperation with media, research and creative agencies in establishing basis for successful implementation of brand strategies and plans.
3) Analysis data and reporting about development of the brands, market trends, market shares, consumer, trade (on the regular basis).
4) Tracking, analyzing and control of the impact of costs on brand profitability to ensure brand objectives are achieved.

职位要求：
? Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Business or Marketing), Chemistry or Engineering
? Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in marketing within building, chemical or Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
? Analytical and strategic thinking , with the exceptional planning, organizational and numerical skills.
? Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
? Competent in multitasking and presentation skills
? Self-motivated individual , with the ability to work under tight deadlines
? Ability to perform well within a team
? Flexible person with ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
? Fluency in written and spoken English
