职位描述：
Project Management in Regional IIM projects:

- Member of the IIM Project Core Teams
       i. Represents the Supply Chain Organization within the Core Team
       ii. Assures coordination of all defined supply chain work packages regarding completeness, in time accomplishment, quality and costs
      iii. Represents all Supply Chain interests (i.e. strategy, processes and organizational aspects) within IIM projects
      iv. Decides, initiates and monitors required changes in the framework of IIM projects if necessary

- Leading Regional IIM Projects in Supply Chain
       i. Leads and manages the Supply Chain Teams with regard to the defined work packages within the Supply Chain project organization and the specified Supply Chain IIM processes
       ii. Defines and coordinates the required work packages and delegates those to the accountable members of the Supply Chain Teams
       iii. Defines and steers the Supply Chain concept of IIM projects, the Supply Chain concept consists:
              a. Sourcing Concept for raw materials, packaging and finished goods (including Make or Buy decision)
              b. Production Concept
              c. Estimation and Evaluation of ICP/COP
              d. Investment requirements
              e. Quality Concept and legal issues
              f. Logistic Concept
              g. Timing and Masterplan
     iv. Propose on the project-related Make or Buy question as defined in the Beiersdorf Make or Buy Strategy
      v. Assures the correct implementation of the defined Supply Chain Concept
     vi. Assures the change-, quality- and risk management and escalates problems or deviations from project plan to Project Leader and superior
     vii. Organizes and assures adequate communication and documentation within the project
     viii. Monitors the scheduled project progress and performs project reviews concerning project aims, time, budget/resources, risk and quality
     ix. Give active input for general improvement of the regional IIM process to the process owner
 
- Interface between supply chain Functions and the IIM process
       i. Transfers information and knowledge out of the Supply Chain Functions into the IIM process and the SC IIM Team
      ii. Transfers information and knowledge out of the IIM process and the SC IIM Team into the Supply Chain Functions
      iii. Representation of the region in global SCPL (Supply Chain Project Leader) team

- Project Management of Supply Chain Project (non IIM)
       i. Leads and manages the Supply Chain Teams with regard to the defined work packages within the Supply Chain project (i.e. PC Transfer, SC Compulsory, Supply Strategy Projects)
      ii. Defines and coordinates the required work packages and delegates those to the accountable members of the Supply Chain Teams 举报 分享
