1. Requirements:

1.1 Bachelor degree in relevant discipline, Chemical / Commercial / Pharmaceutical / Industrial background;

1.2 Minimum 8 years work experience and 5 years project manager experience in industrial / chemical / commercial buildings;

1.3 Experience with business development;

1.4 Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects;

1.5 Strong capabilities in programming, design management, budget preparation and management, procurement and construction management, personnel allocation;

1.6 Experience with Chinese Design Institutes (CDI) and local contractors;

1.7 Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management in English and Chinese;

1.8 Good decision making and problem resolution skills required;

1.9 Good command at computer literate;

1.10 Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity.



2. Responsibilities (but not limited to):

2.1 Support the project manager for the execution of company projects;

2.2 To ensure that HSE matters are given due consideration in project execution;

2.3 To ensure projects are executed as per contract;

2.4 Full understanding of project control tools;

2.5 To supervise, advise and guide the discipline staff to ensure that their work is of the required quality;

2.6 To highlight issues that may arise in priorities, workload, competency, etc;

2.7 To develop the scope of work to achieve the specified deliverables;

2.8 To exercise control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the project within budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements as per contract;

2.9 To exercise change control and variance control on each project;

2.10 To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines to each project;

2.11 To report progress on projects to the client in a timely manner, highlighting issues which could impact on quality, cost, schedule or HSE matters;

2.12 To prepare technical documentation for tender;

2.13 To prepare bids and proposals to Clients inquiries;

2.14 To support of cost estimate for total investment.
