1. Requirements:
1.1 Above bachelor Degree;
1.2 MEP background is preferred;
1.3 Above 5 years working purchasing experience including the contract management and static/rotating equipment or mechanical purchase experience;
1.4 Experience in engineering company and experience in multinational engineering company is a plus.
1.5 Integrity;
1.6 Commercial sensitive;
1.7 Good communication skills with a teamwork spirit;
1.8 Good negotiation skills with sufficient attention to details;
1.9 Good command of English.
2. Responsibilities (but not limited to):
2.1 Select and identify, qualify and manage suppliers, vendor and contractors;
2.2 Prepare and check tender documents;
2.3 Assist the suppliers on understanding of design and manufacturing requirements;
2.4 Assist the suppliers for quality improvement;
2.5 Secure on time delivery of all parts and meet the budget.
