1. Requirements:
1.1 Bachelor degree or higher;
1.2 CSA background; Chemical projects experience
1.3 Minimum 10 years project experience, and minimum 3 years as the Construction Manager in international engineering company;
1.4 Verbal and written communication skills with a good working knowledge of English;
1.5 Strong capabilities in construction site management, including in schedule, control, HSE, quality control, cost control, contractor management;
1.6 Knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent project control tools.


2. Responsibilities (but not limited to):
2.1 Leading the site supervision team for a project and represents Tebodin on the construction site;
2.2 Making construction plan and schedule;
2.3 Coordinating of supervision on the correct execution of the activities of contractors/vendors in accordance with the approved drawings, schedules and prescribed rules and instructions;
2.4 Supervising contractors/vendors on job site for quality, safety and schedule;
2.5 Reporting of progress and other relevant matters regarding site activities.
