Responsibilities:

1. Assist project team in daily management and operations.

2. Assist project manager in internal resource coordination and maintaining good relationship with clients.

3. Participate in designing project proposals, action plans and strategic guidance.

4. Participate in building up new operation process and supporting documents.

5. Take part in both internal and external meetings, take minutes and prepare and update tracking tools.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, good education background, preferred majoring in Science/Engineering in well-known university.

2. More than one year working experience in project follow-up and management.

3. Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal English and Mandarin.

4. Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in PPT designing.

5. Quick and smart logical thinking, skilled in independent research and problem analysis.

6. Hard worker, able to adapt quickly to changes and work under intense deadlines pressure.

7. Strong learning motivation, willing to have long-term development in arvato.

8. Overseas experience is a plus.
