职位描述：
Role and Responsibilities

* Assures consistent quality of production by developing
* Enforcing good manufacturing practice systems; validating processes; providing documentation; managing staff. As a leader to maintain ISO9001 system in the factory and can lead the team to pass ISO 9001 Audit every year.
* Handling daily warranty claim case and complaints from customers; Quality data analysis, reporting.
* EHS: Organize and formulate for production safety management system in factory, and inspect, supervise and control production safety management, and responsible for it. Prevent and eliminate injury and illness to employees and assist companies to comply with safety laws. Inspect workplaces, and minimize or eliminate hazards from processes, such as incorrect working methods, and materials, such as potentially toxic chemicals.
* Establish “5S”management system and lean production, and responsible for its results
* Handling Dynaco BOM maintenance in BAAN, generate project in BAAN
* Manage overall work of Rolltex production team, organize and supervise staff (2 staff) to complete the work within required delivery date.


Requirement

* More than 10 years of production experience. With Electrical and mechanical background can handle the trouble shooting of machine when the old machine got issue.
* More than 5 years quality management experience,
* More than 10 years ISO9001 maintain and audit experience,
* More than 10 years quality management experience, can communicate with oversea customer directly
* Good safety management experience. Good Health and environment sense, with enough capability to work with the requirement from government department to make sure the factory is ok with local regulation and law.
* Good 5s and lean sense to push for 5s and lean activities in shop floor.
* Good logic and programme capability.
* Very good English capability, need to talk with customer from AUS, Asia, German, Belgium, and CZ, US……..
