过程质量工程师

Principal Accountabilities 主要工作职责

1. Ensure the all NCR be efficient and concert the solution for quality incident.
确保不符合品报告的有效性，协调质量事故的解决。
2. Complete/ verify internal and supplier corrective actions.
完成公司内部和供应商的纠正措施。
3. Using quality tools to reduce in-house scrap and driving continuous improvement.
使用质量工具以减少公司内废品，推动持续改进。
4. Finish 8D report for customer complaint.
完成客户投诉的8D报告。
5. Participate in the following programs.参与以下工作：
Maintain ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO/TS16949 QMS.
维护 ISO9001质量管理体系和ISO/TS 16949质量管理体系
Quality system audits, Process audits, production audit.
质量体系审核，过程审核和产品审核。
Participate in customer and supplier audits.
参与客户审核和供应商审核。
Participate in improvement projects and special projects as assigned.
参与改进项目和指定的特殊项目。
6. Procedures for quality control and inspection.
质量控制和检验的程序。

Qualifications/Skills要求

1. Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral. CET Band 4 or above
英语听说读写熟练,四级或以上。
2. Must have at least 3 years experience as a quality engineer.
至少3年的质量工程师经验
3. Ideally she or he comes from the tyre or rubber industry (prefered).
有轮胎或橡胶行业工作经验（优先）。
4. Proficiency with MS office.
熟练使用Office办公软件。
5. Be skillful of QC tools.
精通QC工具。
6. Good communication skill and team work spirit.
具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
7. Ability to read and interpret drawings and related specs.
能阅读并理解图纸和相关文件。
8. Strong sense of quality sense and work responsibility.
具备很强的质量意识和责任心。
9. College or above level.
