职位描述：
本职位上班地点在石家庄！

1. Job summary or overall objective :
Develop and implement the organisation’s quality strategy so that raw materials, in-process products and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications.
制定和执行公司的质量战略，确保原料、过程和成品符合技术标准，运行可靠，符合内部及外部的质量标准，并符合相关规定和标准。
2. Permanent objectives :
Establish operating budget; monitor and report the costs of quality assurance activities
预算，监控质保部门的成本；
Evaluate the results of quality assurance activities through main quality indicators, prepare recommendations and communicate to other operational managers (such as production, engineering, purchasing, sales) to improve the quality of the organisation’s products and services.
根据主要质量指标，对质保活动进行评估，与相关部门经理沟通以提高公司产品及服务的质量；
Design, implement and follow up a supplier evaluation system. Communicate with external suppliers to ensure that their products meet the organisation’s quality standards.
设计，执行和跟踪供应商评估体系。与外部供应商沟通以确保供应商提供符合集团质量标准的配件；
Define procedures and measures of control for the process (including incoming inspection, in process and finished products) to meet the quality standards and satisfy the customers.
制定质量控制流程和方法（包括进料检验，制成检验以及成品检验）以符合质量标准要求；
Centralize, analyze and process customer complaints, provide feedback and coordinate corrective and preventive action plan if and when necessary with other operational departments. Allocate costs of poor quality to relevant department.
收集，分析和处理客户的抱怨，提供回馈，必要情况下联同其他相关部门提供改正和预防措施。分配不良质量产品成本给相关部门；
Establish and maintain the organisation’s management system.
建立和维护组织管理体系；
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of quality assurance engineers, technicians and controllers to ensure that quality assurance activities meet established targets and standards
领导和发展质量工程师，技术员，控制员队伍以确保质保活动符合相关要求

3. Know-How
大学本科以上学历,金属材料、机械类专业
7-10年相关工作经验，5年外资企业质量部门管理经验
英语良好
熟悉工具制造行业的生产过程及质量标准
熟悉ISO9001体系
如有安全健康环境环境的管理经验尤佳
Bachelor degree above , major in metal powder or machinery;
7-10 years related work experience，at least 5 years experience in an international company in charge of a quality department
Good English communication skill
Familiar with produce process of tools manufacture and quality standard.
Familiar with ISO9001.
