职位描述：
?Work with the site leader and other leadership team members to develop annual quality objectives, drive the continuous improvement culture within the plant.
?Lead the quality department to develop and implement the quality compliance/improvement strategy and plans, including resources, systems, timescales, and financials, to support the organization’s annual business plan and long term strategy.
?Develop and improve plant quality system with the focus on quality policies, standard, processes and procedures
?Develop and improve plant quality control system with the focus on incoming, in-process and final inspection; To improve overall plant’s quality capability via KPI management;
?Drive the continuous quality improvement culture through Kaizen and other quality tools
?Manage all customer related NCR issues and provide timely and accurate response with the root causes analysis and corrective actions.
?Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
?Manage staff according to company policies (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc).
?Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.
任职资格Qualifications：
?BS in an Engineering discipline, Mechanical engineering preferred.
?MBA preferred.
?ASQC certifications highly desirable along with knowledge of SPC, CPK & Six Sigma.
?Computer literate, a thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access) is needed.
?A working knowledge of analytical software such as Minitab, IGrafix, FMEA and FEA is favorable.
?3-5 years experience within a manufacturing environment
?3-5 years experience in a matrixed, highly cross functional manufacturing environment
?1-3 years experience as a Supervisor with responsibility for employee development activities.
?Bilingual in English and Chinese languages, writing, and reading and spoken is a mandatory requirement.
?Good knowledge of ISO9000 & ISO14000 management systems. 举报 分享
