POSITION SUMMARY
 
This position is to support CSO to fulfill daily delivery successfully and focus on manual closed LB-shell trip timely. The job holder will assume functional responsibilities for fleet licensing, insurance and compliance matters. Will provide functional expertise on licensing and administrative processes pertaining to acquisition and disposal of fleet. Will work closely with the local distribution supervisors to ensure that AP fleet comply with all the regulatory requirements.The job holder is in charge of the registration and renewal of vehicle license and permits,

 
Nature and Scope
 
This position assists to CSO team to schedule drivers for the trailers/tankers and coordinate trailer/tractor/tanker maintenance activities with the distribution maintenance staff. Also works as CSO/Distribution Secretary/Sales on trip closing and delivery paperwork. Help dept. supervisor to manage the distribution team.To procure licenses and operational permits for new vehicles and updated existing licenses and permits as stipulated. To establish a system for documentation filing regarding fleet license management. The incumbent will be expected to work in a matrix organization to provide insurance, road tax, licensing and permit services in a timely manner for all the fleets assigned in that region.

 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
1.Safety, Health, Environment, ISO9001
2.Knowing associated hazards of cryogenic liquids.
3.Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment.
4.Knowing /complying with China D.O.T and Labor Bureau safety regulations.
5.Complying with applicable environmental regulations of cryogenic liquid distribution.
6.To assist to CSO team to schedule drivers/trucks to make deliveries.
7.Close trip in LBshell system, to assist drivers to solve problems of PDT（Moby） and prepare the daily delivery and daily volume reports.
8.Ensure the information is available and communicated within drivers.
9.Fax the delivery tickets and weighting tickets to the customers, make the daily report for delivery.
10.To complete other supporting tasks designated by supervisor.
11.Process all the drivers’ certificate with the respective government bureau and ensure that all drivers’ certificate are current and up-to-date.
12.Maintain personal BSP and participate in safety system as stipulated by company’s policies.
13.Organize annual Occupation health examination of drivers and the annual examination of other staff of local team.
14.Knowing /complying with China D.O.T and Labor Bureau safety regulations.
15.To work with CSO (schedulers), distribution team and vehicle mechanic for making up license renewal plan to ensure normal product delivery to customers
16.To supervise on procurement of licenses and permits for new operational vehicles and pressure vessels and on update to existing licenses and permits
17.To provide vehicle information required for SAP master data loading
18.To process all licenses and operational permits for new vehicles and pressure vessels and renewal of existing licenses and permits for existing fleet to ensure that all vehicles operate with valid licenses and permits in accordance to the country’s regulation.
19.In the process of application and renewal of licenses and permits, the incumbent will have to interact closely with the Transportation Bureau, Fire Bureau, Labour Bureau and Traffic Control Bureau to ensure smooth flow of work.
20.The incumbent is expected to keep up to update knowledge of any new government policies or procedures that pertain to the vehicle license and permit and highlight any policies that may have potential impact on the operation of fleet.
21.Maintain up-to-date records of all documents pertaining to the validity of license and permits for the vehicles.
 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
 
 1.Vehicle driving experience. 有车辆驾驶经验。
2.Good communication and interpersonal skill 良好的沟通能力与人际交往能力。
3. Scheduling & dispatching experience is desirable 有调度、计划等相关工作经验。
4.College major in vehicle transportation or above. 大专以上学历，车辆管理、交通运输等专业优先。
