职位描述：
What we offer:
? Ensure that Manufacturing, Research & Development and Marketing of Adhesive Technologies - Electronics are properly informed of specific regulatory issues - existing and impending - impacting the use, handling, distribution and /or disposal of products, intermediates and / or chemical raw materials.
? Maintain & provide timely assessments of developmental materials - including chemical raw materials and Adhesive Technologies - Electronics formulations - in order to assure that their health & safety, RoHS, transportation and disposal considerations are fully understood relative to business impact and customer satisfaction
? Maintain processes – SAP Environment Health &Safety system for product hazard classification, SDS formulation and documentation of Adhesives Electronics products, and ensure that all Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs related documents (SDS, hazard labels, etc.) are continually up-dated in accordance with the latest regulations and with reference to Henkel’s trade secret practice.
? Support and organize adequate training to customer supporting functions of Industrial Adhesives & Adhesives for Craftsman, consumers and Building in order to facilitate timely responses to basic customer inquiries on Environment Health &Safety related issues at the local level.
? Assist Senior Product Safety &Regulatory Affairs Chemist on notification of new chemical substances to IECSC inventory

Who are we looking for:
? Bachelor Degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
? Minimum of five (5) years related work experience in the Chemical Industry
? Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese
? Knowledge and experience on SAP Environment Health &Safety system
? Knowledge & experience on REACH, International Chemical Convention (e.g. Rotterdam Convention, CWC), United States Food and Drug Administration, Europe Plastic Regulations, Chinese GB9685 举报 分享
