Position: Technical Service Advisor- World Famous Company
Report to: Product Application Manager
Location: Beijing
Job Description
? Field visit with network sales during pre-sales and after-sales to assist on expanding the business;
? Responsible for answering all products and technical basis inquires from the customers;
? Provide related trainings to the customers and sales team;
? Communicate closely with IODD regarding the specific products information;
? Assist sales team to achieve the sales target through providing professional service and presentation to the customers.
Context and environment
? 75% of the Chinese market is occupied by the major national players and local brands;
? In the recent years, the company lubricants is developing fast with a balanced structure (50% auto lubricants and 50% industrial lubricants), the company has a clear sales and marketing strategy with focus provinces, focus products, focus industries and focus distributors. However the yearly target is still challenging, same as the long term target;
? Meanwhile the development of key account (for instance, OEMs business, fleets) are rather behind, only 6% of the whole sales volume by end of 2008. The KA team is quite new, need proper coaching and management.
Requirements
? College or Above;
? Above 3 years sales and distributors management experience, Lubricant or Auto industry will be a plus;
? Excellent service attitude, can adapt frequent business travels;
? Excellent communication and expression skills;
? Team work player, can work independently.
