职位描述
Key objectives
1.) The candidate for provincial representative will cope with the government institutions and regulators based in the respective provinces which oversee financial services industry on provincial / local basis. Mainly speaking about FO, EIT; CBRC; PBOC; MoC; AIC; EIC; EIA; Customer association and other political offices at provincial/city/district level.
2.) Relationship building with institutions/regions in line with company objective (based on priorities set up by GR dept)
3.) The candidate is expected to maintain and further extend the existing relationship with decision-makers.
4.) He/she is also supposed to create new relationships in order to better monitor upcoming regulatory changes and challenges.
5.) The representative is supposed to regularly visit regulators and, apart from regulatory reporting delivery, to build up mutually beneficial understanding between the government agency and Company
6.) He/she has to be able to team up with other GR members and get aligned along the overall company′s goals.
7.) Relationship building with institutions/regions in line with company objective (based on priorities set up by GR department)
Duties and responsibilities
· Regular direct contact with appropriate level of FO, EIT; CBRC; PBOC; MoC; AIC; EIC; EIA; Customer association and other agencies in assigned provinces and developing proper relations according to company plans
· Relationship building with institutions/regions in line with company objective (based on priorities set up by GR dept)
· Negotiate with regulators for further development of Company business in assigned location
· Contribute to the development and launch of expanding company business
· Build a network of regulators, industry partners, non-profit groups and other institutions
· Draft and execute a strategy to strengthen company's relationships with important institutions
· Manage and supervise on junior GR Specialist
· Responsible for development of draft letters, reports and other communication to these institutions
· Working closely with Legal and other relevant departments
· Tracking management: filing, storage and systematization of the incoming and outgoing reports related to particular institution
· Coordinate information collection internally at company for the purposes of compiling reports, correspondence and other type of filing with regulators
· Coordinate and facilitate meetings of company leads, experts and specialists with regulators
· Ensure GR relations according to company plans
· Represent GR department at the external meetings, conferences and other events jointly with other colleagues
· Provide any support to GR headquarters as required
· Ensure compliance with internal processes requirements and policies by filling and tracking relevant forms, requests and obtaining approvals
· Frequent travelling
Requirements
Education/Experience
1.) Preferably with excellent working experience from public service at respective provincial administration (FO, EIT; CBRC; PBOC; MoC; AIC; EIC; EIA; Customer association) or from Government Relations in major companies doing business in China. International company is an advantage. Financial services company is not a must.
2.) The relevant working experience should exceed at least 3 years with a sound personal track record.
3.) The candidate should prove the ability to make reports at each stage of his/her work in order to get well aligned with other colleagues in the GR teams across the country.
4.) University degree
5.) Experience of managing and supervising small group of subordinates
Knowledge
1.) English knowledge as an advantage
