内控经理

工作地点：北京
汇报对象：财务总监

岗位职责：
1、完善公司内控体系：
建立、健全油站、分公司、总部三级内控体系，执行内部符合性审计，及时发现经营管理中存在的风险隐患，并提出改进措施；
定期、不定期对下属分公司、油站进行财务审查；
组织区域财务经理通过巡站审计等方式，检查、监督油站对公司制度的执行情况，确保油站资金、资产安全。
2、制定、优化区域财务经理、油站会计管理体系，优化和完善油站财务管理制度并执行：
领导区域财务经理处理油站及分公司与当地银行、税务局等部门的外部关系；
组织区域财务经理，修订和完善《财务分册》并执行；
指导区域财务经理建立油站会计人员队伍。
3、建立并完善区域财务经理与油站会计两级培训机制；组织协调其他部门涉及财务内控方面的培训工作。
4、组织油站财务管理与营运、工程、采购等部门之间的沟通、配合工作。
5、领导区域财务经理强化油站核算工作质量，配合总部会计核算工作。
6、配合油站零售系统建设和维护工作。

岗位要求：
1、财务、经济大学本科或以上学历。
2、5年以上财务工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验。
3、了解中国财务制度会计准则及财务制度，熟悉税务知识。
4、在石油零售或者其他零售行业有过工作经验的优先考虑
5、在企业做过专职内控工作的优先考虑 。
6、具有良好的组织、计划能力。

Internal-control Manager

Location: Beijing
Report to CFO

Responsibilities:
1 .Improve the company's internal control system:
Establishing and improving stations/ branch offices/headquarters of three internal control system, implementation of internal compliance audit, business management to detect potential risks exist, and propose improvements;
Regular and irregular to checkup the branch and service stations’ finance;
Organize the area financial managers to inspect the service stations by audit, ensure the security of the service stations’ finance.
2. Create and optimize the Management System of area financial managers and site accountants, optimize and improve the financial management system of service stations.
Leading area financial managers to deal with service stations and branches and local banks, the government and other departments of external relations;
Organize area financial managers to revise and improve the "financial volumes" and implementation;
Guide area financial managers to establish the team of site accountant.
3. Establish and improve the training system of area financial managers and site accountants; organize and coordinate other departments to support the financial training.
4. Coordinate with other department.
5. Organize area financial managers to support the accounting work.
6. Support the retail system.

Requirements:
1. University degree or above, major in financial, economic.
2. 5 years experience in accounting, 3 years team management experience.
3. Familiar with Chinese financial system/accounting standards, familiar with the tax policy.
4. Accounting professional qualification, good computer skill in financial software.
5. Good organization, planning ability.
