Main Responsibilities:

1. Review and update Chart of Accounts with the current usage of accounts, and maintain the accounts in the accounting system.

2. Support monthly & quarterly finance closing, which includes

a. Take finance accrual/ offset,

b. Check transactions are in line with company accounting policy

c. Prepare balance sheet & local financial report

d. Global CIS system inputting

3. Fixed Cost Analysis

a. Submit monthly fixed cost analysis report, give comments via compare last year and ABP

b. Review fixed cost status with every function to ensure the fixed cost in the control

c. Yearly fixed cost ABP

4. Intercompany reconciliation

a. Prepare Debit memo and supporting documents for inter-company receivables on monthly basis.

b. Reconcile intercompany AR balance with other affiliate

Qualifications:

1. At least 4-5 year experience in Accounting area

2. Good concept on Accounting and internal control

3. College graduate or above with major in Accounting or Commerce

4. Good PC skill (Excel, Word etc.)

5. Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing
