Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for CV screening, interviewing and providing end-to-end recruitment service to meet business hiring needs.
2. To understand business hiring requirements through close communication and cooperation with biz HR and hiring managers.
3. Build and maintain talent database through proactive searching or collecting potential candidates' info from different recruiting channels.
4. Assist in establishing and developing of recruitment systems through optimizing of recruitment process or other practice.
5. Support expending recruitment channels and monitor outcomes.
6. Support Employee Referral Program on candidate assessment, data tracking, employee feedback and profiling.
7. Support Campus Recruitment Program on execution and coordination.
8. Generate staffing report by month or other requested analysis reports


Qualification:
Critical Criteria (Make or Break)
Experience in recruitment is must
Functional Competency (Experience & Knowledge)
1. 3 years above recruiting experience in searching firm or Corporate
2. Familiar with supply chain, sales and marketing functions
3. Possesses working experience in manufacturing enviornment is a plus
Competency/ Skills (Personal Attributes)
1. Result-driven, proactive and passionate
2. Good analytical and influencing skills
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Be able to work under pressure
5. Good command of English speaking, reading and writing
6. Bachelor or above
