Main Responsibilities

1. Auditing distributors stock management to ensure at the agreed levels

2. Co-work with Planning Team to help customers optimizing replenishing/ordering pattern by providing stock management expertise

3. Supporting distributors to improve warehousing management, e.g. in-house activities, efficiency, etc.

4. Proposing & implementing relevant Supply Chain solutions that address customer's needs, eg. share forecast, lean logistics flow, electronic data exchange

5. Developing sustainable relationship and build trust with customers through effective daily work & information sharing

6. Delivering distributors' stock management challenges and status to planning team by consolidating relevant data and collecting feedback from customers

Qualification & Experience

1. At least 3 years of working experience in Logistics or Customer Service in FMCG industry

2. Understanding of Logistics, Customer Service & Planning practices

3. Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work well under pressure

4. Strong problem solving and execution skills

5. Creative thinking and drive changes for outstanding results

6. Strong interpersonal skills

7. Sense of priority and time management

8. Frequent travel needed

Education & Language

1. Bachelor degree or above, and Logistics, Engineering related specialty is preferred

2. Good command of English in writing & oral
