Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating with media planning, buying and creative agencies for tracking project progress and monitoring execution
• Responsible for consolidating and analyzing relevant data from agencies
• Responsible for tracking Ad order and contract, verifying and consolidating relevant data
• Ensure the accuracy of payment and accrued expense
• Responsible for collecting and consolidating ad publishing data
• Responsible for ad materials’ approval, arrival and coordinating other urgent issues
• Track the progress of PR publishing and ad delivery

Qualification & Experience

• 1 yr related working experience, agency background is preferred
• Detail-oriented and diligent
• Possesses Media planning experience is preferred
• Bachelor degree
• Good English speaking, reading and writing
