Biocair, as a subsidiary company of La Poste, specializes in door to door transportation based on air freight and road cargo. With global headquarter in Cambridge UK, Biocair has offices in Europe, North America, South America, Asia-Pacific Region and other global key locations. We provide a variety of special packages designed for air freight and temperature control. 职位描述：
Main Purpose of Job:
To support the Group Financial Controller in managing the month end closing of accounts for China and Singapore; improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the team in supporting the business and to lead the preparation of accurate Management Information and Accounts for the China and Singapore businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management
? Management of the Finance teams in Shanghai and Singapore (2 direct reports)
? Training and support for the Finance Assistant (Singapore) and Cashier (Shanghai)
? Performance and Development Reviews

Month End – Singapore and China
? Monthly sales analysis
? Sales accrual
? Customer rebate accrual
? PPV accrual
? Detailed bank reconciliation
? Fixed Asset reconciliation & posting of depreciation
? Stock reconciliation and movement
? Monthly P&L variance analysis and commentary
? Review the Monthly Financial Results with the Group Financial Controller, Operations Manager (Shanghai) and the VP Business Development (Singapore).

Budgeting/Forecasts
? Working with the General Manager (Shanghai) and the VP Business Development (Singapore) to generate budgets and forecasts for submission to the Group Financial Controller
Other
? Review the GST Returns and reconcile
? First approval of Singapore payment runs prior to submission to Central Finance
? Check and approval of the China payment run prior to the Operations Manager final approval


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential
? Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
? Strong management accounting experience
? Experience of team management/supervision

Desirable
? Strong Excel abilities
? Experience of using Sage 1000
? Experience of managing remote teams
