Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Consultant is to consult the Business Units & Functions in respective process area to enable processes through IT solutions that meet the demand of Asia Pacific and fit to the global guidelines and architectural frame-works. Gatekeeper to secure the global template. Play a major role in the implementation of a standard process framework including SAP roll out into the Asia Pacific region over the next years working in one of the leading companies for Detergents, Cosmetics and Adhesives worldwide.

Specific process area: SAP Purchase to Pay & Goods Receiving, Experience with 3rd party Procurement, Inter Affiates Procurement, IMS Procurement, Vendor Consignment, Sub contracting, Vendor Payment, Inventory Management, etc.
Additional knowledge as a plus: SAP PP / QM / WM knowledge

Job Responsibility:
Steer best practice solutions in line with business strategy, contributing to business value
Gate keep and enforce regional standard for processes and solutions
Execute projects in accordance to methodology and act as interface between business users and technical developers
Support service delivery team to control and approve change of landscape, process and regional template
Provide guidance on best practices for finance and controlling processes
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into a solution
Responsible for the Analysis and Design Process and its associated documentation
Responsible for defining and timely competition of required task with little or no assistance or oversight
Facilitates getting the involvement of any other group or individual needed to solve a problem
Conduct presentations to all audiences on a variety of subjects
Communicate with team members and clients in a clear, consistent, and professional manner in English
Allocate time, prioritize tasks, and accurately scope tasks and phases of a project

Position Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in IT engineer, or other related major
5 plus years of work experience as a SAP PTP consultant
Familiar with Supply Chain business models, SAP MM / IM / WM
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work in multinational environment
Strong experience of Source Management, Purchase requisition & Purchase order maintenance, Purchase Order Lead Time Analysis, Receiving and Inventory Management, Vendor payment, Vendor Performance evaluation, etc
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be a team player
Willing to travel to different Henkel company locations when required
